GoHighLevel SaaS Mode: How It Works and How to Set It Up (2026)

October 29, 2026•3 min read

GoHighLevel SaaS Mode lets an agency sell GoHighLevel as its own software, under its own brand, with its own prices. Clients sign up, pay you every month, and get their own account automatically. This guide explains how SaaS Mode works, what it costs, how to set it up and the mistakes that stop agencies making money with it.

What is GoHighLevel SaaS Mode?

SaaS Mode turns your agency account into a software business. Instead of only selling services, you sell access to a white-labelled CRM (your brand, your domain, your app name) as a monthly subscription. Each paying client gets a sub-account, and you decide which features each plan includes.

What SaaS Mode includes

  • SaaS Configurator: build your own plans with your own prices, trial length and features per plan.

  • Automatic sub-account creation: when someone pays through your Stripe checkout, their account is created for them.

  • Rebilling with markup: resell phone, SMS, email and AI usage at a price you set. Clients fund a wallet with auto-recharge, and usage is charged at your marked-up rate.

  • White-label branding: your logo, your domain for the login, and a white-label mobile app if you choose to set one up.

Which plan do you need?

SaaS Mode is part of the HighLevel Agency Pro plan (listed at $497 per month at the time of writing). The lower plans do not include the SaaS Configurator. Always check the current HighLevel pricing page before you plan your numbers.

How to set up GoHighLevel SaaS Mode

  1. Connect Stripe to your agency account. All subscription payments run through it.

  2. Brand the platform: agency logo, colours, a custom domain for the login page and branded emails.

  3. Build a snapshot for your niche, so every new account starts with pipelines, calendars, workflows and templates already set up. See GoHighLevel snapshots explained.

  4. Create your plans in the SaaS Configurator: price, trial, features and the snapshot to load.

  5. Set rebilling: choose which services you rebill and your markup.

  6. Build the signup funnel with the checkout form for each plan.

  7. Automate onboarding: welcome emails, a setup checklist, training videos and a kickoff call booking.

  8. Test a full signup with a real card, then refund it, before you launch.

How to price your SaaS plans

  • Price on the result for the niche (more booked jobs, more reviews), not on software features.

  • Offer two or three plans at most. Too many choices slow down sales.

  • Include setup or onboarding as a paid add-on, or build it into a higher plan.

  • Keep your markup on rebilled usage fair. Clients notice very high SMS prices.

Common SaaS Mode mistakes

  • No niche: a generic "all-in-one CRM" is hard to sell against cheaper tools.

  • Empty accounts: clients who log in to a blank account cancel fast. Load a strong snapshot.

  • No onboarding: without help, most clients never set up their phone number, A2P or calendars. See our sub-account setup checklist.

  • No support plan: decide who answers client questions before you sell the first plan.

Frequently asked questions

Is GoHighLevel SaaS Mode worth it?

It can be, if you sell to one niche, load a good snapshot and support clients well. Agencies that sell software with no onboarding usually see high cancellations.

Do clients know they are using GoHighLevel?

With your own branding, domain and a white-label app, clients see your brand. HighLevel is not shown in the main interface.
