GoHighLevel Pricing 2026: Plans, Hidden Costs and Which One to Choose

October 29, 2026•3 min read

GoHighLevel looks simple to price: three main plans. In practice, your real monthly bill depends on the plan, how many accounts you run, and usage like texts, calls, emails and AI. This guide explains GoHighLevel pricing in plain English, the extra costs most people miss, and which plan fits which business.

GoHighLevel plans at a glance

Prices below are HighLevel's published list prices at the time of writing. Always check the official HighLevel pricing page before you buy, as prices and features change.

  • Starter, about $97 per month: up to 3 sub-accounts (client or business accounts), the core CRM, funnels, websites, calendars, workflows and unlimited contacts and users.

  • Unlimited, about $297 per month: unlimited sub-accounts, basic API access and your own branding. Best for most agencies.

  • Agency Pro, about $497 per month: everything in Unlimited plus SaaS Mode, so you can resell GoHighLevel as your own software with rebilling and markup. See our SaaS Mode guide.

Annual billing is usually cheaper (roughly two months free). HighLevel normally offers a free trial, so you can test it before you pay.

The usage costs on top of your plan

Your plan covers the software. Communication is billed by usage, usually from a wallet in each sub-account:

  • Phone numbers and calls (LC Phone): a small monthly fee per number, plus per-minute call charges.

  • SMS: a per-segment charge for each text sent or received, plus carrier fees.

  • A2P 10DLC registration (US texting): a one-off brand fee plus a monthly campaign fee. See why A2P gets rejected.

  • Email (LC Email): a small charge per 1,000 emails sent.

  • AI features such as Conversation AI and Voice AI: either a monthly add-on per sub-account or pay-per-use, depending on the feature.

For a typical local business, usage is often a modest amount per month. It grows with how many texts, calls and AI conversations you run, so keep an eye on the wallet in the first month.

Which GoHighLevel plan should you choose?

  • One business (yours): Starter is usually enough.

  • An agency with up to 3 clients: Starter to begin.

  • An agency growing past 3 clients: Unlimited.

  • An agency that wants to sell software subscriptions: Agency Pro, for SaaS Mode.

The cost most people forget: setup

The software is the cheap part. An empty GoHighLevel account does nothing until pipelines, calendars, forms, automations, phone, A2P and email are set up properly. You can do it yourself (time), hire help (money), or buy a ready-made snapshot. See how much a GoHighLevel expert costs and our sub-account setup checklist.

Is GoHighLevel worth the price?

If you would otherwise pay for a CRM, a funnel builder, an email tool, a booking tool, a texting tool and a reviews tool separately, GoHighLevel usually costs less in total. It is worth it when it is set up well and actually used. It is not worth it if it sits half-built.
